Measuring the technical
competency of a potential candidate is a critical part of hiring the
right candidate.
It works as
follows.
DB2 Skills are divided into five
key areas. Each key area has ten questions.
The questions start off at a very basic level and ramp up in complexity
as they progress.
The questioning ends once the candidate has successfully answered all
the questions or if the candidate fails to answer three consecutive
questions in that key area.The candidate's competency score
is noted as the question number of the
last successfully answered question, and the questioning moves on to
the next key area.
At the end of it you will have a fairly accurate measure of the
candidate's strengths and weaknesses.
Technical interviews can be conducted on your behalf and an
accurate technical profile will be returned to you afterwards. You can
participate in the interview through a conference call.
